Unlike traditional talk-based integration programs, our approach uses painting and creative expression to help you deeply process and embody your experiences. Through painting, drawing, and mixed media, we guide you toward meaningful personal transformation.

After signing up, we'll send you a simple materials list. You'll need access to Zoom, a stable Wi-Fi connection, and a device like a computer or phone. Basic supplies include acrylic paints, brushes, and paper or canvas. We recommend using an easel or tabletop with good lighting for your painting surface.

If you miss a session, don't worry! For an additional fee, we offer recorded replays so you can catch up at your own pace. While we encourage attending live to fully immerse in the process, we understand life happens and are happy to discuss options with you. Each class builds on the previous one, so attending all three is highly recommended.
